Service description
SpinNudge provides recurring automated, transactional SMS and voice call notifications related to laundry sessions initiated by users.
SpinNudge technology is proprietary and may be protected by one or more pending patent applications.
Consent to communications
By entering your phone number and submitting a laundry session form, you consent to receive recurring automated, transactional SMS messages and voice calls from SpinNudge related to that laundry session. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Automated SMS: start confirmations, completion reminders, follow-ups.
- Automated voice calls: escalation if SMS is ignored or laundry isn’t retrieved within the expected timeframe.
- Message frequency varies by usage.
- Message & data rates may apply; voice call charges may apply depending on your carrier/plan.
- Reply STOP to stop all notifications (SMS and calls).
- Reply HELP for help

No marketing
SpinNudge does not send promotional or marketing messages.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes, including attempting to spam or harass others.
Availability and delivery
Delivery of SMS or calls depends on carrier networks and may not be available at all times. T-Mobile, AT&T, and other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
