- Send recurring automated transactional SMS notifications related to your laundry session
- Place automated voice calls when needed (for example, if SMS reminders are ignored and laundry is not retrieved in time)
- Operate, maintain, and improve the service
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and ensure system integrity
SMS and voice communications
By entering your phone number into the SpinNudge web form and submitting it, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional SMS messages and voice calls from SpinNudge related to your laundry session. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Sharing of information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Note: We only share your information with our telecommunications partner (Telnyx) to the extent necessary to deliver the SMS and voice notifications you have requested.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain operational records. SMS content is not retained longer than necessary for operational and compliance purposes. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
